Purpose: (I) Personnel selection, training, preparation, and sending of payrolls and other documents necessary for the employment relationship (II) Handling requests received through the website (III) Preparing invoices for clients, preparing official accounting, and calculating, filing, and settling taxes, preparing commercial documents such as balance sheets and reports. (V) Application of contractual and pre-contractual measures. (VI) and (VII) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

Retention Period: (I) Duration of the employment contract and the necessary period to address the responsibilities arising from the provision of work. (II) Validity period of the proposal. (III) and (IV) Six years for commercial purposes, and the necessary period to address the obligations arising from tax payments. (V) During the duration of the service provision and the necessary period to address the responsibilities arising from it. (VI) and (VII) The necessary period to fulfill said purpose, as well as during the duration of the responsibilities that may arise from them.

Recipients: (VI) and (VII) Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Exercise of Rights: You can exercise your right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, and opposition to processing, under the terms and conditions established in the regulations on personal data protection. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, by sending a request by email to jon@jonwolsen.com or sending a written request to: Calle Azores, 2, Playa Blanca CP 35580, Las Palmas indicating in any case the Reference: “Data Protection” along with some document that proves your identity such as a photocopy of your ID, as well as to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Who is responsible for processing your data?
The owner of the company and this website is OLSEN STATE S.L., so any personal data you communicate through this website and the data collection forms that are carried out personally will be processed under the responsibility of OLSEN STATE S.L.

What personal data do we collect? (how do we obtain them?)
We will request the minimum data necessary to carry out the purposes indicated in the previous section, usually name and surname, address, and contact details.

How do we use the personal data we handle under our responsibility?
We use your data for the following purposes:

For how long?
When data processing is imposed by a regulation, this regulation usually includes the period during which the data must be processed or stored. For example, the Commercial Code establishes the obligation to keep data for accounting and commercial purposes for six years, but there are certain cases, such as the application of certain deductions, that require keeping economic justifications for a longer period, sometimes up to fifteen years.
